The First Model Homes Opening at Prairie Song in Windsor
All three home builders in the Prairie Song community are opening new model homes in Prairie Song throughout the next two months! Bridgewater Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Century Communities are excited to invite the public to see their innovative designs at these model homes in Windsor’s newest, one-of-a-kind enclave.
First up is Bridgewater Homes modeling two of its floor plans that overlook Humming Trail.

Bridgewater Homes Opens its Model Homes This Weekend in Windsor’s Prairie Song
Bridgewater Homes will be opening two model homes this Saturday, one of which will serve as their sales office for the community and the other is where you can find Santa for a photo or two.
The Bridgewater Sales Office will be housed in the Hudson plan model home, a ranch-style home with 3 beds, 2 baths and 3-car tandem garage. This inviting layout features an open floor plan on the main level, perfect for entertaining, and more than 1,000 additional square feet in the optional finished basement.
The other Bridgewater model home will be the Adeline plan, a wildly popular plan for obvious reasons. This flexible, two-story home features four bedrooms, including an oversized second-story primary suite and a main-level bedroom that can also serve as an office. The Adeline is a plan full of character and class, with impressive details throughout like engineered hardwood floors, slab granite, and a fireplace in the living room.

Craft Coffee Cart will be on hand to keep you warm and caffeinated, and you will have a chance to pose with Santa who will be available for portraits in front of the grand fireplace in Bridgewater’s Adeline model home from 12-3 p.m.

Richmond American Homes Opening its Model Homes mid-January
Richmond American Homes at Prairie Song will also have two new model homes in Windsor, opening on January 15, 2024. These models will illustrate the beauty and functionality of Richmond American’s Hemingway and Alexandrite home designs.
The spacious Alexandrite plan creates choices for everyone in the family. The open floor plan on the main level flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining area, and great room, while the primary suite off these common areas offers a comfortable, private haven. This ranch-style plan boasts all the benefits of single-level living, with two additional bedrooms and a full bath on the same floor. A covered entryway and patio encourage time spent outdoors in all seasons.
The Hemingway plan boasts a dramatic great room towards the back of the house and a sizable kitchen island for gatherings. Century Communities’ Model Home Opens at the end of January
At the end of January, Century Communities will open its Vail II model home at Prairie Song in Windsor. This two-story home features a spacious loft (that can become a fifth bedroom) on the second floor across from the luxury owner’s suite, and an open-concept layout on the main level for seamless entertaining and family time.
With the Vail II plan, you can opt for a basement with a staircase decked out with open metal railings. And take it outside with an optional cover patio that can extend if you’re an outdoor entertainer. Plus, a third bay in the garage is an option, too, for an extra vehicle and extra storage.
